Who We Are

RTG Global Sourcing Limited (RTG) is a global BPO services provider with registered headquarters in Hong Kong and operational offices located in the Philippines, Pakistan and India.  RTG was founded primarily with the vision to develop customized, client-driven IT-enabled solutions and services for small to medium sized organizations in Western markets.  RTG finds its sense of uniqueness in the background and experience of its two expatriate American founders with a combined 25+ years experience working, living and operating in several Asian nations.  This extensive cross-cultural business and operational experience offers a real competitive advantage to RTG as it seeks to position itself as the pioneering, yet safe and reliable, international bridge between client and local outsourced partner.  RTG offers added value few can match as it intertwines Western-inspired management systems and processes along with a very real understanding of localized business practices, operational norms, project management and human resource development. 

In addition to its two founders, RTG's Management Team brings with it close to 40 years of working, living and traveling experience throughout Asia and other parts of the world.  We take pride in our team and company's experience operating in some of the most challenging business environments imaginable.  Members of our team have set up operations in Hong Kong and the Philippines, but also in Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and Mongolia.

Where We Are Headed

RTG has been involved in and in the process of developing data processing, data entry, language processing & speech technology services, e-document, data management and software development services.  We specialize in customized solutions, both fixed term projects and ongoing back office and outsourced solutions.  We see ourselves as pioneers, visionaries and quick responders.  We dream big and work hard to help our clients meet sometimes highly demanding targets and deadlines.

Due to RTG's vast real world experience throughout Asia and elsewhere, we have seen significant growth servicing the dynamic and pioneering speech and voice technology industry.  RTG likes to think of itself as the team who can go into any environment, any location and do what it takes to: find local partners; set up project operations; and successfully execute the contracted project(s).

To date, RTG has executed over 30 such projects, including speech and text data collections, large scale data translation projects and data transcription in close to 10 languages or dialects in 6 different countries.  As RTG continues to expand its reach into more locations and language specialties, there is a good chance that some speech technology device, application or service you happen to use was developed in part with "field data" collected or processed by RTG!  We sort of like the thought of that!
